Quality of Aid

One very good thing to ensure people are not taken advantage of. My brother and his sons, one of them has a master in Arabic, the other a masters in Agriculture, the other is an Architectural Engineer. None of them have jobs, one works in an organisation. Another works in a copy shop, while the 3rd sells drinks on the street. He has an Engineering degree and he is selling water on the streets. The government and the humanitarian organisations don't give them any opportunities to work, even when they are highly educated. The one who has a masters in Arabic, he is a street cleaner. "
